The Hefth does not provide its services directly to shareholders, but it provides them through its partners’ mobile apps. Shareholders or investors must register to access all the services provided by the company. Shareholders can benefit from many services such as: viewing the minutes of assemblies, viewing financial statements, collecting dividends, following news, transferring shares, and other various services.
Registration is free for all users. The mobile apps collect fees by providing services on shares, for example, but not limited to (transfer / mortgage).
There are no requirements other than user should has a valid Gulf national ID or a resident ID, and registration is completed through the KYC platforms of the Gulf government agencies, for example (Nafath / My Identity).
Keeping your data safe is a top priority. Our platform operates under the umbrella of the National Cybersecurity Authority and uses an SSL certificate. Data and information are stored across multiple secured servers within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to ensure the security of information and prevent any loss.
