Through our partners' apps you can manage your investments in Saudi and GCC closed joint-stock companies registered on Hefth. The apps let you view, transfer and pledge your holdings, attend assemblies and vote, view news and announcements, subscribe to or waive pre-emptive rights, and collect dividends and transfer them to your bank account.

A platform that keeps and manages owner and shareholder registers and relations for companies, funds and cooperative societies, fully automated.
Yes. Hefth is a registered trademark owned by Exit Finance, licensed by the Saudi Ministry of Commerce to provide administrative services to companies.
Hefth does not serve shareholders directly; it serves them through its partners' apps. Shareholders or investors must register to access all the services provided. They can benefit from many services, such as viewing general assembly minutes and financial statements, receiving dividends, following announcements, transferring shares, and more.
Registration is free for all users. The apps charge fees for services on shares, for example (but not limited to) transfers and pledges.
There are no requirements other than holding a GCC national ID or an Iqama; registration is done through GCC government identity services, such as Nafath or My Identity.
Keeping your data safe is a top priority. Our platform operates under the umbrella of the National Cybersecurity Authority and uses an SSL certificate. Data and information are stored across several servers within Saudi Arabia to keep information secure and prevent its loss.
